InterGlobal has no one definitive recommendation for dial-up users.

Your choice can be based on whether it is your primary method of connection, just your backup,  the reputation of the company, your need for mobility, etc.

There are so many choices: AOL, NETSCAPE, NETZERO, JUNO, Microsoft, etc.

These are the many factors that can influence the choice for dial-up  access.

I have three dial-up links based on cursory searching:

• Google advertises PeoplePC.  They have reasonable pricing and don't require credit cards. Their url is www.peoplepc.com.
• I found that there is free and low cost services offered through www.freedomlist.com.
• Also www.thelist.com offers many choices.
